Jacqueline Stubbers is an attorney at The Family Law & Fertility Law Group, where she practices exclusively in family law. Drawing on her well-rounded education and diverse background in law, finance, and child advocacy, Jacqueline brings a thoughtful and comprehensive approach to representing clients in all family law matters, from complex financial situations to matters concerning custody and parenting time.

Prior to and while pursuing her legal career, Jacqueline spent over seven years working in finance, assisting her clients with complex retirement planning and investment strategies. Jacqueline served as a Wealth Strategist at Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. and as a Retirement Planner at Fidelity Investments. During her career in finance, Jacqueline earned both her Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses and received several awards for her dedication to her clients, such as the “Excellence in Action” Award.

Before joining The Family Law & Fertility Law Group, Jacqueline also gained valuable experience clerking with the Children’s Law Center and a family law firm. While clerking at the Children’s Law Center, Jacqueline served as a Guardian Ad Litem, advocating for the best interests of children involved in ongoing legal proceedings and making recommendations to the Court based on what is in the Child’s best interests.

While attending law school at Salmon P. Chase College of Law at the University of Northern Kentucky, Jacqueline worked under Prof. Jennifer Kreder in researching and editing an amicus brief, which was filed with the Supreme Court of the United States, along with contributing to other research initiatives.

Jacqueline has excelled academically and earned academic honors throughout her education, including placement on the Dean’s List at both Salmon P. Chase College of Law and the University of Cincinnati, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies focused on Early Childhood Education and Communications.

Jacqueline practices family law in Hamilton, Warren, Clermont, and Butler Counties.  Jacqueline’s commitment to representing clients with a range of family law needs, combined with her extensive background working with children, families, and complex financial matters, allows her to provide a compassionate, well-rounded approach to helping clients navigate some of life’s most challenging transitions.

Personal Note

Outside of her practice, Jacqueline enjoys staying active through running, tennis, and pickleball.
