Amanda Kreinbrink is a seasoned legal professional with a distinguished background, whose focus areas are family law, divorce, adoption, and mediation.

Prior to joining The Family Law and Fertility Law Group, Amanda served as Judicial Staff Attorney to the Honorable Administrative Judge Amy Searcy at the Hamilton County Court of Domestic Relations, where she handled legal matters related to dissolutions, divorce, child custody and support, property division, prenuptial agreements, post-decree litigation and other related issues. Her collaboration with Judge Searcy resulted in numerous successful outcomes upheld by the First District Court of Appeals, demonstrating her adeptness in handling highly complex legal issues. Her leadership extended to chairing multiple committees aimed at enhancing court procedures and case management systems, reflecting her commitment to improving judicial efficiency for families.

While at the Court, Amanda also found a passion for mediation and guided a number of families to agreements, helping them navigate their legal issues and avoid further litigation.

Amanda is a committed Guardian Ad Litem, advocating for the welfare of children entangled in legal matters. She conducts thorough investigations into their situations and offers Court recommendations that prioritize the child’s best interests.

Additionally, Amanda serves as a Parenting Coordinator, facilitating a court-mandated, child-centered dispute resolution process. Her role encompasses assessment, education, case management, conflict resolution, coaching, and decision-making to help parties effectively implement parental rights and responsibilities.

Amanda is also a trained Collaborative Law Professional, utilizing her skills to support amicable resolutions that emphasize the long-term well-being of families.
