Danielle Levy is an experienced attorney and Partner at The Family Law and Fertility Law Group, where she focuses her practice on family law and divorce.
Danielle discovered her passion for family law while working as a clerk at an established family law firm in downtown Cincinnati. She went on to serve as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Jon H. Sieve at the Hamilton County Court of Domestic Relations for nearly five years before joining The Family Law and Fertility Law Group. From the beginning of her career, Danielle has limited her practice exclusively to family law, representing clients with legal matters related to dissolutions, divorce, child custody and support, property division, prenuptial agreements and other related issues. In addition, Danielle is a dedicated Guardian Ad Litem, appointed by the Court to represent the best interests of children who are involved in legal proceedings.
What Danielle loves most about practicing family law is the opportunity to work closely with clients and help them navigate through the challenging and emotional period of transition in their lives. Drawing on her experience, she believes in the importance of empowering clients with the knowledge and tools to make informed and sound decisions about their personal and financial futures. She is grateful to have found a practice that is perfectly suited to her skillset.
While Danielle has extensive trial experience, she believes the best way to approach ending a marriage is through the collaborative process. The collaborative model allows for complex problem solving and creative solutions to meet the needs of each family. However, she recognizes that out of court settlement is not always possible. In these cases, her advocacy and litigation skills are utilized to achieve the best possible outcome for her client.
A highly-rated attorney, Danielle has received numerous awards for her work including her selection as a Super Lawyers’ Rising Star every year since 2019.
Danielle has been involved in many legal organizations, sitting on the Board of the Cincinnati Academy of Collaborative Professionals and a past committee member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. Danielle’s commitment to leadership has also earned her recognition as a member of the 2019 class of the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers (CALL).
Danielle’s practice is primarily based in Hamilton, Warren, Clermont, and Butler Counties in Ohio. Her commitment to her clients and her deep understanding of the intricacies of family law make her a trusted advocate for those navigating through the complexities of family legal matters.
