Amanda Kreinbrink is a seasoned legal professional with a distinguished background, whose focus areas are family law, divorce, adoption, and mediation. Prior to joining The Family Law and Fertility Law Group, Amanda spent three years as Judicial Staff Attorney to the Honorable Administrative Judge Amy Searcy at the Hamilton County Court of Domestic Relations, where she handled legal matters related to dissolutions, divorce, child custody and support, property division, prenuptial agreements, post-decree litigation and other related issues. Her collaboration with Judge Searcy resulted in numerous successful outcomes upheld by the First District Court of Appeals, demonstrating her adeptness in handling highly complex legal issues. Her leadership extended to chairing multiple committees aimed at enhancing court procedures and case management systems, reflecting her commitment to improving judicial efficiency for families. While at the Court, Amanda also found a passion for mediation and guided a number of families to agreements, helping them navigate their legal issues and avoid further litigation.
Before her role as Judicial Staff Attorney, Amanda gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at the City of Cincinnati’s Litigation Department, where she contributed to critical motions and conducted comprehensive legal research, including filings that were granted by the Supreme Court of Ohio.
Amanda is a committed Guardian Ad Litem, advocating for the welfare of children entangled in legal matters. She conducts thorough investigations into their situations and offers Court recommendations that prioritize the child’s best interests.
Additionally, Amanda serves as a Parenting Coordinator, facilitating a court-mandated, child-centered dispute resolution process. Her role encompasses assessment, education, case management, conflict resolution, coaching, and decision-making to help parties effectively implement parental rights and responsibilities or visitation schedules.
Amanda is also a trained Collaborative Law Professional, utilizing her skills to support amicable resolutions that emphasize the long-term well-being of families.
Amanda holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she earned Dean’s List honors and completed an Independent Research Project focusing on legal strategies for business clients in Cincinnati. Her academic achievements are complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, summa cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati, with a minor in Marketing and a Certificate in Public Relations.
